What does it cost, and what is included?

1,590 euro per month, all in. No agency fee and no commission, because there is no agency between us.

Who is this for?

People between homes, in transition, or in Salzburg for a project, a study period or a work chapter. Not tourists looking for a weekend flat.

Is this an agency?

No. You deal directly with the person who owns the place and looks after it.

Why do you ask so much in the form?

Because one apartment goes to one person at a time and we would rather choose well than quickly. You are choosing too: nothing here is instant, on either side.
