What this is

For people between homes, not tourists

Sitio is one apartment in Salzburg, kept to a standard we would want to arrive at ourselves, rented directly for weeks or months at a time.

Salzburg is full of places to sleep for two nights and short of places to live for two months. That gap is the whole brand. If you are here for a project, a study period, a reset, or a work chapter, you should not have to choose between a hotel room and a twelve-month contract.

Both sides get looked at. The apartment was visited, renovated and furnished by the person who hands over the keys, which only works because Sitio is Salzburg and nothing else. In return we ask who you are, what you do here and why Salzburg. It reads a little like applying for something, and that is on purpose.

How it works

Three steps, no theater

  1. Ask

Tell us who you are, why Salzburg, and for how long. A short honest message beats a form with twenty fields.

  2. Agree

Clear conditions, real photographs, straight answers. If it fits, we settle dates and terms directly.

  3. Move in

The place is ready, the handover is in person, and someone local actually cares whether things work.

Where this goes

More places, slowly

Salzburg has no real home for temporary living. We intend to become it: carefully, one good place at a time, starting with our own.
